The prayer in the Civil Miscellaneous Petition reads as follows:- "to grant interim order of stay of operation of the judgment and decree dated 22.04.2022 made in O.S.No.32 of 2008 passed by the Additional District Judge, Krishnagiri."

2.A perusal of the judgment of the Trial Court shows that the suit in O.S.No.32 of 2008, which is for specific performance has been dismissed by the Trial Court. Hence, there is no further proceeding that can be taken pursuant to the said decree.

This stay petition is therefore, dismissed as misconceived.
