Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for furnishing the surety in Crl.O.P.No.9783/2020 dated 01/07/2020 and thus render justice.

A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 01.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9783 of 2020 to execute sureties.
