This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the third respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2023 and file final report before the appropriate Court within the reasonable time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the third respondent registered a case in the above said crime number on 21.6.2023, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four weeks.

5. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due 2/4

intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
