A.No.4947 of 2022 in O.P.No.716 of 2021 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By order dated 05.08.2022 in O.P.No.716 of 2021, letters of administration with the Will annexed were granted in favour of the petitioner herein. By the last Will and testament dated 08.03.2021 of the deceased testator, R.Arunachalam, the immovable property described in the schedule to the Judge's summons was bequeathed in favour of the petitioner. The present application is filed for permission to sell the bequeathed asset.

2. The respondents in O.P.No.716 of 2021 are respondents in this application.

3. Learned counsel for the said respondents submits that the respondents have no objection to the sale of the asset.

4. Given the fact that the applicant is the beneficiary under the Will and letters of administration were granted in favour of the applicant, this application is liable to be allowed as prayed for.
