The learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and has made an endorsement to the said effect.

withdrawn. No costs. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum.

The learned Additional Advocate General submits that the land in question is subject matter of the agreement of sale, the land which has been acquired for the Housing Board, this submission is placed on record. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law.
