CRIME NO.109/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions as imposed (ie) petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.9561/2021 dated 22/06/2021 by this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ILLAYA PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9561of 2021 on 22.06.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
