ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.
This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce an Arbitral Award. The applicant has sought for six months time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce an Arbitral Award.
2. The Arbitral Tribunal has already heard the arguments of both the parties and has reserved the same for pronouncement of the Arbitral Award. The learned counsel for the respondent has also not raised any serious objection for allowing this application. However, he would submit that the allegations levelled against the respondent in the affidavit filed in support of this application are not true. Without going into the allegations made by the applicant against the respondent, this Court is allowing this application as prayed for, since the main prayer is only to seek extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce the Arbitral Award.
