Prayer:- Criminal Original Petitions have been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the Trial Court to speed up the trial and dispose of the C.C.Nos.4329, 4330 and 5100 of 2013 within the time frame.
For Petitioner in all O.Ps. : Mr.C.C.Sivakumar COMMON ORDER The complainant in C.C.Nos.4329, 4330 and 5100 of 2013 has filed these Criminal Original Petitions seeking for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the cases, within the time frame.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed cases under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, before the II Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai for dishonouring of three cheques for the value of about Rs.12,00,000/-. In the above cases, P.W.1 was examined in the month of June 2014 itself and produced documents. However, subsequently, the accused is deliberately dragging on the proceedings by filing frivolous applications one after another. Now, the case is posted for examination of defence witnesses. Hence, he has come up with the present petitions.
3.Heard and perused the records.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the learned II Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai is directed to dispose of the cases in C.C.Nos.4329, 4330 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
