Heard Mr.Anil K. Lulla appearing on behalf of Mr.K.Jayaraman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.L.Thirumalaisamy, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in terms of the order passed in Sub Application No35 of 2021, dated 12.02.2021, the petitioner has complied with the directions issued to them.
