(Order of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J.) The present Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner to punish the respondent herein for the willful disobedience and non-compliance of 1/3

the order dated 26.11.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31136 of 2018.

2.Mr.T.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 26.11.2018 made in W.P.No.31136 of 2018 has been complied with by issuing notice dated 31.03.2022 for unauthorized construction and in view of the same, nothing survives in the contempt petition.
