Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition to amend as "Section 147, 294(b), 120(B), 109, 307 of IPC r/w Section 5 of the TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, in Crime no.457 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police instead of "Section 294(b) r/w Section 5 of the TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, and the same was ordered.

2. Two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
