O R D E R

The dispute between the family members ended in formation of final report for the Judicial Magistrate-I at Panruti. He took cognizance of the offence against the petitioners 1 to 4 herein. To quash C.C.No.51 of 2023 filed against them before the Judicial Magistrate- I at Panruti a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C was filed before this Court and when the matter came up for consideration this matter was referred to mediation. Accordingly parties participated in the mediation and have agreed to settle their dispute amicably as per the terms of settlement dated 01.12.2023. The mediator has forwarded to the Court the settlement agreement signed between the parties for consideration.

2. The learned counsel appearing for both sides present and stated that the criminal complaint to be quashed in terms of the settlement arrived between the parties on 01.12.2023.

3. The parties are also present and they agreed for the amicable settlement as per the terms of settlement arrived through mediator.

4. In view of the above facts C.C.No.51 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate- I, at Panruti is quashed. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
