PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, to forbear the third respondent from interfering is the Legal Strike organized by the petitioner Union and direct the second respondent to take appropriate action based on the complaint given by the petitioner Union dated 27.03.2017, 28.03.2017 and 30.03.2017 and further direct the fourth respondent not to bring outsiders in the factory in any event for the purpose to break the legal strike organized by the petitioner union and also from interfering in any manner in the industrial dispute between the workmen belonging to the petitioner Union and the fourth respondent management.
