M/s.Kurthana S.B., learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1, 2 and 4. Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the third respondent By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide employment on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner sent representation claiming seniority on 30.06.2025 and such representation is pending with the respondents. 2/4

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and the learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation according to its own merits and in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.

5.In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
