This application is filed praying to direct the respondent to hand over the custody of the minor son R.Vidhu Vaibav, born on 24.12.2012 and a minor daughter R.Dakshita, born on 04.10.2018 to the petitioner from Saturday morning to Sunday evening for every week, pending final decision on the 2 / 5

Original Petition.

2. Today, counter affidavit is filed in the main Original Petition.

3. Both sides' learned counsel are ready to get along with the matter and there is likelihood of settlement between the parties, if the matter is referred for 'mediation' and therefore, the main Original Petition itself is referred to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court. The Mediation Centre of this Court is directed to appoint a Mediator and both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre of this Court on 05.12.2025.
