Common Prayer: Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decretal order dated 23.12.2016 passed by the IV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, in I.A.Nos.12303, 12305, 12306, 12309, to 12311, 12302, 12304, 12307 & 12308 of 2016 in O.S.Nos.2474, 2610, 2611, 2614 to 2616, 2473, 2475, 2612 & 2613 of 2016, refusing to grant leave to the petitioners to defend the said suit and grant unconditional leave to the petitioners to defend the suit.

In all the CRPs.

For Petitioners : Mr.V.Kuberan for M/s. Rank Associates For R1 : Mr.T.Skandhakumar C O M M O N O R D E R On behalf of the civil revision petitioners, Mr.V.S.Sai Narayanan/2nd petitioner, is present. On behalf of the 1st respondent in all the CRPs., Mr.T.S.Arulanandam and Mr.T.P.Panneerselvam, 1st respondent in C.R.P.Nos.1290 & 1490 of 2017 are present. 2/4

2. The parties to the proceedings have settled the matter. They have entered into a memo of compromise dated 14.07.2023 and the same are duly signed, attested by the parties and their respective counsel. Memo of compromise dated 14.07.2023 have also been filed into the Court.

3. As per the compromise, the amount outstanding has been paid by way of cheques to the plaintiffs/1st respondent. The interim attachment that has been passed on the realisation of the cheques will be raised. There is nothing illegal or contrary to the law in the said memo of compromise.

4. The memo of compromise dated 14.07.2023 are recorded and the same will form part of this order. Accordingly, all the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
