Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the respondent to issue Community Certificate to the petitioner's daughter Ms.R.R.Sahana (aged about 13 years) that she belongs to Konda reddis (ST) Community pursuant to the application made by the petitioner on 19.10.2015.

ORDER

(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Prathapkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is directed to take notice on behalf of the respondent.

2. The writ petition has been filed seeking to issue Community Certificate to the petitioner's daughter Ms.R.R.Sahana (aged about 13 years) that she belongs to Konda reddis (ST) Community pursuant to the application made by the petitioner on 19.10.2015.

3. The case of the petitioner is that community certificates had been issued to himself and his family members viz., his brother and sister by the authorities concerned, to the effect that they belong to Konda Reddi (ST) community, which are still pending, but, when he had applied for such certificate in respect of her daughter R.R.Sahana on 19.10.2015 itself, the same was not yet considered and hence, he is constrained to file the present writ petition.

4. In this regard, it is for the respondent authority to do the needful in accordance with law in the matter of issuing community certificate, and after proper verification, to pass necessary orders, within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to raise all the contentions before the authority concerned. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Sd/- Asst.Registrar /true copy/ Sub Asst.
