The petitioners herein are the legal heirs of the writ petitioner who filed W.P.No.28153 of 2007. The death of the writ petitioner was not intimated to this Court. Since the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner on record did not appear on 26.07.2018, though the writ petition was listed under the caption 'for dismissal', the writ petition was dismissed for non prosecution on 26.07.2018. Now the petitioners have filed this miscellaneous petition.
