ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 08.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6117 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass orders to include the petitioner's name in the panel of Assistant Engineer fit for promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer, within a period of six weeks. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court, the respondents preferred an appeal and obtained interim order of stay of all further proceeding of the order passed by this Court .

In view of the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed at present. The petitioner is at liberty to file fresh contempt petition subject to the result of the Writ Appeal.
