KP 3.It is submitted that based on the above said order dated 22.02.2024, on 18.10.2024 at 06.00 a.m., I have secured the accused P.Kumar and yet to be produced before the Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC-V) Saidapet, Chennai.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the accused person has been produced before the Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC V), Saidapet, today morning.
