This petition is filed seeking condonation of delay of 10 days in filing the appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has no serious objection for condoning the delay. Despite service of notice, the respondents 2 and 3 have neither appeared in person nor through counsel.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned. Hence, the delay is condoned and C.M.P.No.23132 of 2025 is ordered.
