This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in Cr.No.495 of 2008.
2. No representation for the petitioner.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation in Crime No.495 of 2008 was completed and final report was filed in STC No.223 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu for offences under Sections 337, 279 IPC and the accused also appeared before the trial Court and pleaded as guilty on 11.07.2016 and paid the fine.
