Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records, on the file of the second respondent in his proceedings, bearing Na.Ka.No.3461/2015/A1, dated 31.03.2017, and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue to run the fish market as a licencee till the completion of the period of license of three years from 01.04.2016 to 31.03.2019. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner passed away, the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are not interested in pursuing the case any further on his behalf and de hors the same, the place, where, the petitioner sought permission to run the fish market was also demolished. Therefore, the learned counsel submitted that the Writ Petition may be dismissed as nothing survives for adjudication.

2. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
