This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 318 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the Judgment dated 16.08.2022 in Spl.S.C.No.23 of 2021 on the file of the Fast track Mahila Court, Ariyalur.

2. Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
