This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 04.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.35476 of 2023.

2. The learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 7 submitted that, aggrieved by the said order, the respondents filed a writ appeal in W.A.No.3017 of 2024 and obtained an interim order therein.
