3. It is seen that the petitioner-TMJ.Kadijath Nooriya died on 04.09.2017. The petitioners 2 to 10 are the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner in W.P.No.18926 of 2000.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this miscellaneous petition for substitution of the petitioners 2 to 10 in the place of the deceased petitioner-TMJ.Kadijath Nooriya is allowed and the petitioners 2 to 10 are permitted to get substituted in the place of the original petitioner-TMJ.Kadijath Nooriya in the writ petition.
