This Petition has been filed to relax the conditional order (b) the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police station everyday at 10.30 am, for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 am, until further orders, dated 08.06.2023, imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.6236 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
