O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to investigate the crime and register the F.I.R on the basis of the complaint dated 01.01.2016 within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint against one Murugan and others on the allegation of trespass into the house and causing injuries. Since no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, CSR No.1/2016 has been assigned and on conducting enquiry, the said petition was closed. He has also produced the closure report for perusal of this Court.
4. Since the complaint given by the petitioner has already been closed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
