This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 19.04.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking to lease out the property by fixing a rent.

2.Heard Mr.C.V.Vijayakuar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.Mohammed Fayaz Ali, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to respondents to deal with the
