The matter is heard through "Video Conference". 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that pending investigation in Crime No.27/2017, the respondent police had made certain recoveries and the same was deposited to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur. Crl.M.P.No.1163/2017 was filed for return of articles along with Rs.5 lakhs and the same was allowed. Against the said order, one of the accused filed this revision. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Pending revision, the case is transferred to Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Kanchipuram and renumbered as C.C.No.114 of 2020 and posted for the next hearing date on 14.07.2021, summons were already been issued and due to covid, it could not be proceeded.

In view of the subsequent development, I find nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application after the disposal of the C.C.
