This Petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Court dated 05.06.2023 in Crl.OP.No.11412 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet was filed in this matter and the same was not taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Mannarkudi.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
