(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner is aggrieved by the demolition action taken against him claiming that he is a patta holder. On our query, no document is shown to us to substantiate the plea of being a patta holder. It appears from the photographs that the construction is on the Highways and there has been encroachment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on the road and to that extent, demolition action has been taken. No ground is made for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The Writ petition stands dismissed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
