] This petition is filed to implead the Asset Reconstruction Company as respondent in the above writ petition.

2.It is stated that the 2nd respondent, vide Assignment Agreement dated 30.12.2013 has assigned, transferred and released in favour of petitioner herein all the financial assistance granted by it in favour of the 1st respondent herein. In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is a necessary and proper party to the lis.

3.Hence, this petition is ordered.
