These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 97 days in filing the appeals.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, on payment of cost.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner in each petition to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 25.09.2024.

5. On payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeals and post it for admission on 26.09.2024, if the same is otherwise in order.

6. If the cost is not paid on or before 25.09.2024, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without further reference to this Court.
