Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to pass orders on the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner before the fourth respondent dated 30.04.2021 and direct the second and fourth respondents to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.12.2020.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the fourth respondent to pass orders on the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner before the fourth respondent dated 30.04.2021 and direct the second and fourth respondents to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.12.2020.

2. Heard, M/s.L.P.Maurya, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 5.

3. The petitioner made application to delete the joint pattadhar in respect of the property comprised in survey Nos.326 and 327 admeasuring 7.5 hectares situated at Thevampadi Village, Pollachi Taluk. On receipt of the same, the fourth respondent issued summon to the sixth respondent for proceeding with the enquiry. However, no order has been passed till today.

4. Considering the above, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the sixth respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
