2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.959 of 2024 is over and negative charge sheet has been filed through e-filing vide e-filing No.LTN20220002466C202500 dated 19.05.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee.
4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee, to issue R.C.S notice to the petitioner and on 2/4
receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised.
