THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.14145 of 2021 IN CRL.O.P.No.21360 of 2021 BOOPATHI [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSEPCTOR OF POLICE, CSCID POLICE STATION, SALEM DISTRICT (CRIME NO.142/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Bail order granted to the petitioner on 16.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 21360 of 2021 in Crime No. 142 of 2021 on the file of the Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.THAMARAI SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21360 of 2021 on 16.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e. on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
