Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month till filling charge sheet orders in bail order granted to the petitioner on 26.10.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.10886/2021 in Crl.O.P.NO.32902/2019 in Cr.No.171/2019 on the file of this Honble Court.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THAMARAI SELVAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10886 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.32902 of 2019 on 26.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
