Juice, Carlics, Cell Phone Cover, Panipoori, Noodles Sun Glasses and other items in Pushcarts / Handcarts small wooden boxes on the road side margin at NSC Bose Road near Arulsakthi Vinayakar Temple, from Kuralagam upto the end of Corporation E.B. Office, Chennai 600 001, till the Township Vending Committee decides as per the provisions of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood Regulation) Act.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioners pray for an order, on parity with W.P.Nos.35687 to 35689, 35756 and 35757 of 2016, where on 07.10.2016, we had ordered as under:

''On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we direct that the representation dated 27.9.2016 of the petitioners be considered and disposed of within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the order. The authorities will, however, keep in mind the orders passed in W.P.No.33821 of 2014.''

2.We accede to the request and dispose of this writ petition in the aforesaid terms.

No costs.
