O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 03.03.2016 and proceed further in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents on 03.03.2016 stating that her second son viz., Loganathan was missing and that she suspected her daughter-in-law namely, Amudhavalli and her son's in-laws. But the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the counter petitioner Amudhavalli, a case in Crime No.221 of 2016 has been registered for "Man missing" on 14.03.2016. He would further submit that H.C.P. has also been filed and the same was disposed of. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to investigate the matter and secure the detenu and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
