M/s.Sakthi Blue Metals Stone Quarry Unit Rep. by its proprietor Mr.Ravi for operating stone quarry in S.Nos.206/1, 207/1 and 207/2 situated at Nerpeyar Revenue Village, Thonnadu Village, Madhurandhagam Taluk, Kancheepuram District and consequently direct the 4th respondent to consider the objections of the Villagers dated 29.10.2018.

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.R.Elavarasan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 7.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that no quarrying license has been granted nor any quarrying activity is going on in the subject writ land.
