(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.R.Elavarasan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 7.
2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that no quarrying license has been granted nor any quarrying activity is going on in the subject writ land.
