Prayer in W.P.No.27436 of 2019: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned notification issued by the 2nd respondent dated 20.5.2019 in Gazette Notification No. 218, part II - Section 2 and its consequential rejection order passed by the 5th respondent dated 13.6.2019 in Na. Ka. No. 11650/2019 PC2 and quash the same, and consequently, direct the respondents to take necessary and appropriate steps to re-notify the ward No.22 of the Paiyanur Village, Thiruporur Town Panchayat, Kancheepuram District as General in the forthcoming election based on the 2011- census as per the directions issued by this Honourable Court in Clause viii of the order dated 4.10.2016 made in W.P. No. 33984 of 2016.
