ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.V.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5.

2. The matter is said to have been filed in public interest.

3. It is stated that within five kilo meters of the sanctuary, the constructions are erected.

4. We do not find any material on record to suggest that in a particular survey number, a particular person has carried out the construction. No such document is placed on record. The photographs do not suggest the survey numbers.

5. In case the petitioner has specific information and instances, then the petitioner may approach the Court by filing a fresh writ petition.

6. The writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.25330 of 2023 is closed. (S.V.G., CJ.) (P.D.A., J.) 05.09.2023 Index :
