This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner should report before the respondent police, every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until completion of trial proceedings and he shall appear before the trial Court for every hearing without fail in Crl.O.P.No.8366 of 2023 dated 06.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
