This Petition has been filed to extend the time to this petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 23.07.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.17147 of 2024.

3.Time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions imposed vide order dated 23.07.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.17147 of 2024 is hereby extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that there will not be any further extension.
