Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the anticipatory bail condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.21963/2021 by order dated 19/11/2021 directing me to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders, and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.HARI PRASATH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21963 of 2021 on 19.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
