This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.09.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is being conducted by the Inspector of Police, Team IX-A, CCB and that the petitioner has not produced necessary documents for proceeding further in the investigation.
4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Investigating Officer for enquiry. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Investigating Officer is directed to conduct the enquiry expeditiously and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, under due intimation to the petitioner.
