This petition has been filed to modify the condition as the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 am for a period of 30 days instead of the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Vellore Police station, every day at 10.00 am for a periof of 30 days imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20094/2024 dated 20.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made on both sides and considering the reasons stated in the affidavit that this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the Vellore Police Station and since there are two Police Stations, the petitioner is unable to comply with the order, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Vellore North Police Station everyday at 10.00 am for a period of 30 days. Accordingly, ordered.
