Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to hand over the peaceful and vacant possession of Assigned Land to the Petitioners herein based on their Assignment Order Form-F dated 16.05.2002 and Representation dated 25.03.2023.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 25.03.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made a representation dated 25.03.2023 to hand over the peaceful possession of Assigned Land to the petitioners herein based on their Assignment Order Form-F dated 16.05.2002. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioners' representation dated 25.03.2023 will be considered within a period of 12 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 25.03.2023, after issuing due notice and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners as well as aggrieved parties, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
