ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 12.08.2024 and to take appropriate action against the third respondent for failing to remove the unauthorized cell phone tower situated at Block No.74 MIG II Type, Senniamman Koil Scheme, Plot No.184, Tondiarpet, Chennai 600 081 and consequently to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to remove the said unauthorized cell phone tower at Block No.74 MIG II Type, Senniamman Koil Scheme, plot No.184, Tondiarpet, Chennai. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners endorsed in the bundle seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition and also seeks liberty to proceed against the third respondent in the manner known to law.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a suit as against the third respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
